Mrs. OSINT followed up on the location from Challenge 18: Unverified Tip, and while everything lined up, there was still no confirmation that Red Scorpion was ever actually there. The timing matched, the area made sense, but nothing tied them directly to that location. At best, it was a lead that didn't fully develop.
Just as she was ready to move on, an image came in from a trusted all-source analyst she has worked with before. There was no additional context, just the image and a note that it was captured around the same timeframe as the previous earlier reporting. One thing was clear right away, this was not the same city.
The analyst believes this location may be connected to Red Scorpion, possible as a place they stayed or operated from. That hasn't been confirmed, so for now, it's treated like any other lead, something worth looking into, but not something we assume is true.
OBJECTIVE:
Your goal is to:
1. Identify the city
2. Identify the primary roadway or area visible
3. Determine the exact building or location where the image was captured
4. Explain what this vantage point allows someone to observe or monitor
BONUS:
If Red Scorpion was operating from this location, it's likely they weren't relying on just what they could see. Using open-source methods, identify at least one wireless network that could be observed from this location.
Include:
1. The network name
2. The approximate location
3. How you found it
Note:
Stick to open-source methods for this part. You should only be working with information that is already publicly available, no interacting with or attempting to access any networks.
