Challenge 20: The Scorpion's Message

Hey Digital Detectives,

I went back through the last two leads and there's still a gap in what can confirm. The first location (Challenge 18: Unverified Tip) aligned with the reporting, but there was no way to verify that Red Scorpion was ever there. The second (Challenge 19: The Vantage Point) gave us a clear vantage point and helped us understand how someone could observe that area, but it didn't confirm presence either.

While reviewing the last two leads, an image was received that doesn't match how the others came in. This one was sent directly by Red Scorpion, without any accompanying message or context.

At this stage, it is being treated as another unverified lead. If it was sent intentionally, the location is likely relevant, which makes identifying where the image was taken and validating that assessment the priority.

🎯 OBJECTIVE

Your task it to identify where this image was taken and support your conclusion with verifiable details.

Specifically, you should be able to:
-Identify the city and general area
-Determine the exact location where the image was captured
-Identify what is visible in the reflection and where that structure is located

BONUS: Using observable details in the image, including transit and environmental indicators, provide your best estimate of the timeframe this image was taken and explain your reasoning.
